Cancellation Policy

TANNINGBYROSSE Makes every effort to remind you of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. As a courtesy to all, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment day, so that time may be offered to another client. In the event of a CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 hours period, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of your appointment. "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. All Packages Products and Services are non-refundable or transferable. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Memberships starts the Same day payment is made, valid for All services .
